Supracricoid partial laryngectomy with cricohyoidepiglottopexy
Abstract
Supracricoid partial laryngectomy with cricohyoidepiglottopexy (SCPL-CHEP) is an effective surgical procedure for the management of selected glottic carcinomas. Excellent control rates are achieved, and the functional goals of speech and swallowing are attained without a permanent tracheostomy.
